Terms of Service for TopBin

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using TopBin, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

TopBin provides access to football match events and highlights. Content is displayed as external links (e.g., Reddit, YouTube) and is not hosted or owned by TopBin.

TopBin uses the official YouTube IFrame Player API to embed YouTube videos directly within the app. Only videos whose owners have enabled embedding are displayed in this manner. All embedded content remains hosted by and subject to YouTube's terms. TopBin does not download, re-host, or modify any YouTube video content.

3. Third-Party Trademarks and Intellectual Property

Team names, club crests and logos displayed in TopBin are used solely for identification and informational purposes.

All trademarks, crests, logos and other protected brand assets are the property of their respective owners.

TopBin is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with any football club, league, federation or governing body.

4. User Responsibilities

You may use TopBin only for lawful purposes.

You agree not to misuse or attempt to interfere with the app’s functionality.

You are responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms of any third-party services (such as YouTube or Reddit) when accessing their content.

5. In-App Purchases

TopBin offers both subscriptions and one-time purchases, processed through RevenueCat and the relevant app stores (Apple App Store / Google Play).

Payments, renewals, and cancellations are managed directly through your app store account.

We do not process or store payment information ourselves.

6. Notifications

By using TopBin, you agree to receive push notifications related to your favorite teams and matches. You may disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

TopBin is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or reliability of external content (e.g., Reddit, YouTube).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of TopBin.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to TopBin at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including misuse of the app.

9. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update or modify TopBin, including its features, and these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country of residence, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
